Train traffic to and from Copenhagen Airport was temporarily stopped during the morning after a woman on the platform claimed she had a bomb in her bag.
At 9 o’clock on Wednesday morning, the woman called from the platform at the train station and stated that she had a bomb in her bag, Martin Kajberg of the Copenhagen police told BT newspaper
After a major police operation with cordons and a search with sniffer dogs, it was established that it was a false alarm.
This is the second time in a short time that a Swede has joked about a bomb at Kastrup airport. In July, the airport was evacuated after a Swedish handball manager joked that he had a bomb in his bag.
