Swedes seriously injured in avalanche accident in Norway

Two Swedish citizens have been taken by ambulance helicopter to hospital after an avalanche accident in Romsdal on Norway’s west coast, Norwegian media reports.

The damage is described as serious. Another Swede is said to have received minor injuries.

The alarm about the accident came at 1 p.m. on the 13th, but as a result of difficult weather conditions, the medical transport was delayed, writes NRK.

The three were out skiing. According to the police, there is no information that additional people were affected.
