The transaction includes Preem’s refineries in Lysekil and Gothenburg and also the extensive depot and station network.
The merger of varieties and preem results in a new large player in the energy sector.
Sweden will be the largest manufacturing base and the gunpowder will be on customers in road, navy and air traffic.
Varo is a Swiss energy company that acquires, manufactures, mixes, trades and distributes both conventional and sustainable energy.
The company was founded in 2012, has 2,330 employees and operates in 26 countries.
