A 43-year-old Swedish man was hit in the face during a pheasant hunt in Billund, Denmark, reports Vejle Amts Folkeblad.
The incident occurred on Saturday when a 32-year-old Danish hunter fired a shot at a pheasant. The Swede, who was standing 40 meters away, was hit in the nose and mouth. According to the police, the injuries are not serious.
The 32-year-old is suspected of violating the Hunting Act. A police investigation is ongoing.
