SVT’s foreign reporter on Prigozhin’s move: “Should be taken with a fair pinch of salt”

Wagner group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin accuses Russian Defense Minister Valery Shoigu and Chief of General Staff Sergei Gerasimov of actively sacrificing the lives of Wagner soldiers. He believes that the soldiers fall due to a lack of ammunition.

In an attention-grabbing clip, Prigozhin says that Wagner will leave Bachmut on May 10, the day after the big May 9 celebration in Russia.

– That may be true, but a lot points to it being a negotiation technique, says Carl Fridh Kleberg

This is not the first time that the Wagner leader has threatened the Russian military leadership to withdraw.
