It was when Sven Erik Mörtstrand was going for a morning walk that he saw the police car standing in front of the shot-up gate of an apartment building in the area and connected it to the shots he heard at half past two in the morning.
– Now they are here and also shoot. It’s too damned, he says.
Sven Erik has lived in the area for 23 years – which he says has been quiet until now.
