The effects of the disaster, which was recorded as one of the biggest earthquake disasters in the history of Turkey and which covered eleven provinces in total, are still felt. While search and rescue activities have come to an end in many places in the region, support continues to come from all over Turkey and the world for the needs of earthquake victims. An announcement regarding the support process, which the automotive industry did not remain indifferent to, came from the Suzuki front. Since the first days of the event, Suzuki’s global center in Japan, which has supplied its own land vehicles for use in the region, has also activated financial support for earthquake victims.

Suzuki donates 10 million yen to be used in earthquake zones
In the official statement shared through the official channels of the brand, it was announced that a donation of 10 million Yen (1.4 million TL) was made in the first stage to support the disaster victims after the earthquake disaster. Represented by Doğan Trend Automotive in Turkey, Suzuki also started to ship different clothing items for the winter-type heating needs in the European center for the needs of the region. After the initial financial donation of 10 million Yen, Suzuki Motor Corporation plans to continue its activities to support the region in the following period.
