For access contributions, the mayor or his delegate must register with the IT platform ‘Contribution to pink stalls’, accessible directly from the Mims website and which will be made available within sixty days of the publication of the decree in the Official Gazette, and fill in the application specifying, depending on the case, the details of the order or resolution, the number of pink stalls that have been created o that it is planned to create, the number of stalls to be built or built for the parking of vehicles used for the service of people with limited mobility, and the provision of free parking for vehicles of disabled people when the parking areas reserved for them they are busy.

The contribution is equal to 500 euros for each stall realized or planned to be realized. For the free parking, a lump sum contribution of 1,000 euros. For pink stalls, the contribution is recognized up to a maximum number of stalls graduated according to the demographic bracket. They range from a maximum of three stalls for small municipalities under 5 thousand inhabitants, which therefore can receive no more than 1,500 euros, up to a maximum of 600 stalls, with a contribution of 300 thousand euros, for municipalities with a number of inhabitants over one million.
