Initially, police explosives specialists arrived on the scene first. “They did not know what it was. That is why the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service was called to investigate the package,” the spokesperson said. “To safely examine the package, a radius of several meters is required. That is why immediate residents have been taken to safety elsewhere.”
