It was in August that the fire was built at a home in Nyköping. One of the men is suspected of serious murder, when he is believed to have built the fire itself. The other three are suspected of assisting.
During the course of the investigation, a suspected motive has emerged. The home is linked to a security guard in town.
A security guard who, on an earlier occasion, must have thrown out two people from a tavern, according to the preliminary investigation, and then had been fined by another person with criminal connections. The sum of the debt is believed to be at least SEK 200,000 to SEK 300,000.
But the debt does not seem to have been paid and a fire must then have been built at the home.
All defendants deny crime.
