At 18:00 the police were alerted to an address in Sala Backe in Uppsala.
– A man in his 40s was found outside with stab wounds, says the police officer on duty to TV4 Nyheterna.
That after a fight broke out between several people. A large police operation started with several patrols on site.

Blood trail found
The police found traces of blood at the entrance to the residence but also inside the apartment building.
Several people were singled out by the police, but the police did not want to say whether anyone has been detained. An ambulance was on the scene but no one was taken to hospital.
