A 26-year-old man, from the Stockholm area, has been charged with rape and offensive photography.
The man is suspected of raping a woman in Nyköping in February this year. The assault must have taken place in the woman’s home.
While the rape was taking place, the man is suspected of secretly filming the assault.
The accused has admitted the course of events itself – but denied any crime.
