In September, several clips of child abuse began to spread on social media and shortly afterwards the woman was arrested by the police.
She is charged at Blekinge district court for repeatedly hitting, pushing and throwing objects at her daughter. The woman is said to have also stomped the daughter on the head and on the upper body.
The mother has admitted the actual circumstances during questioning. On Thursday, the trial begins in Blekinge district court.
