It is the district court that has decided on the investigation, something that P4 Jönköping was the first to report on.
It was at the end of March that a woman in her 40s was found dead in a forest in Taberg, south of Jönköping. The dead woman is from the municipality of Gothenburg and had been reported missing for a month before she was found.
A man in his 20s is in custody on probable cause on suspicion of murdering her.
