At 20:30 on Saturday evening, the police were alerted by SOS Alarm that a person had been found dead outside in the municipality of Nynäshamn.
– We have started a preliminary investigation into murder as we cannot find any natural cause of death, says Towe Hägg, press spokesperson at the Stockholm Police.
A police operation is underway in the area to try to find out what happened.
Technicians will also examine the location where the person was found.
There are no suspects or arrests yet.
