Traffic between Midhem and Sege in Malmö was stopped at 02 o’clock the night of Wednesday after the police stopped a car with a suspected object in the luggage compartment, writes Sydsvenskan.
In the car, which was stopped on Stockholm Road at the height of Rosendalsvägen, two men were traveling.
Bomb technicians were called to the site and train traffic was also stopped between Malmö C and Burlöv, but could be occupied at 04.35.
Police say to Sydsvenskan that the two men traveling in the car have been arrested and are now suspected of preparation for grossly dangerous destruction.
The police do not want to go into what was found in the car, but there is no danger to local residents in the area.
