Five young people have been detained on suspicion of a serious rape in Kungsparken in Malmö last Saturday evening. Four of those arrested are minors, and according to Sydsvenskan, it is an adult woman who is suspected of having been raped.
The detention proceedings were held in Malmö district court on Wednesday.
It was a routine patrolling police patrol that interrupted the crime in Malmö shortly after 11pm on Saturday. Several people could be arrested at the scene, a playground in Kungsparken, and were later arrested. The site has been cordoned off for track protection.
The police have been tight-lipped about the crime and have not been able to provide any information about the victim’s injuries.
