Amersfoort – A 27-year-old Amersfoorter who is suspected of strangling his partner last summer, was at the time less responsible. According to the public prosecutor, that is the conclusion of a psychologist and psychiatrist who examined the man. In the run-up to the substantive treatment of the case, an interim hearing was held this morning in the Utrecht court at which the state of the investigation was discussed.
