The suspect of the fatal shooting incident in cafe De Plak on the Vleutenseweg in Utrecht has been admitted for observation to the Pieter Baan Center (PBC). The court wants more clarity about the mental state of 30-year-old Mohamed A., when he shot dead Paul Kros in the cafe in Utrecht on 9 October last year and injured two others. The experts of the PBC must determine to what extent psychological disorders played a role in the suspect.
