Everything indicates that one of the suspects, 25-year-old HO from Utrecht, was there when the explosion took place in the business premises on Californiadreef. He was also injured that night, but continued to deny in court that he had anything to do with the preparation of explosive raids and the fatal explosion. His lawyer asked for an acquittal.
