At the beginning of this month, the Public Prosecution Service decided that the man will remain in custody on suspicion of murder and attempted manslaughter. The suspect will now be remanded in custody for another 90 days. The first public hearing in the case must take place within that period and the Public Prosecution Service will present the official indictment.
