Later that night, residents heard screaming again. “When we got outside it had all already happened,” a neighbor told RTV Utrecht. When officers and other emergency services arrived on the scene, the victim appeared to be seriously injured in the street and trapped under a passenger car. A 27-year-old man from Woerden was arrested shortly afterwards.
