The boy must have knocked on the home of his intended target.
With a mask and a gun in hand, the 17-year-old suspect stands outside the home ready to shoot a relative of Rawa Majid’s partner.
– I think this is the last day I get to see my children, says the man in questioning.
In the middle of the night on September 13, an alarm call from a woman in Uppsala comes in to the police.
– I have a gunman outside my front door, she says.
Via the home’s surveillance camera, she sees how an armed and masked boy tries to enter the home, where she lives with her husband and their daughter.
The husband has been singled out as a suspected target because he has a connection to Rawa Majid’s girlfriend. Although the man barely had contact with Rawa Majid’s girlfriend, his name has spread in the Foxtrot network.
Now he may be in turn to be murdered. He is one of many relatives who have been affected simply because they are in some way connected to the Foxtrot network. The reason for the deed has been the high-profile split between Rawa Majid and his former right-hand man, Ismail Abdo.
On the surveillance footage, a young man is seen knocking on the home’s door. Then he rings the doorbell and tries to lure the family out.
He stands with the weapon raised against the front door, moves back and forth, throws stones at the residence.
The residents inside the house say they heard gunshots outside.

“Be worried”
The relatives knew they were vulnerable because, after the Foxtrot split, they read in the media about how the gangs preyed on their relatives.
– When you followed in the media that they split up and that they gave in to relatives and after we saw the news from the last shooting in Stenhagen, I got a little worried. Then I felt that it was close, says one of the family in questioning.
The designated target has told in questioning that he thought it was his last days of life. When asked what he was thinking when there was a knock on the door, he replied:
– Now it’s happening and I think it’s the last time I get to see my children.
A few days earlier, the young people who are suspected of having taken on the murder mission – a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy – had gone from Malmö to Stockholm.
They allegedly received information about the family and instructions on what to do from via anonymous chats.
Behind the alias is said to be a young man from Malmö, who is suspected of being involved in the shooting of 19-year-old Giovanni in Vasastan in Stockholm.
Responds “no comment”
No shots are ever fired at the home and the police are quickly on the scene where they arrest the 17-year-old.
Prosecutor Johan Strömbäck is leading the investigation.
– He is suspected of having been at the address and of having been assigned to go there and shoot someone. And there we luckily had a video from a surveillance camera. So he was arrested on the spot and then an aide is charged with giving him a ride.
The boy says that he is from Malmö and when the police ask what he is doing in the area, the 17-year-old replies that “he is out walking”. When asked the same question again, the boy says he wants to talk to his lawyer.
During questioning, the 17-year-old suspect is asked several questions about his life and what he would do in Uppsala, among other things.
The answer is consistently “no comment”.
FL: Do you go to school?
FL: What do you do during the day?
FL: Do you have any gun experience?
In public documents that Aftonbladet has seen, it appears that the 17-year-old has been suspected of several crimes and also charged with aiding and abetting attempted murder – a crime of which he was later acquitted.
In an administrative court judgment from 2022, concern is expressed for the boy and that he is staying in criminal environments.
“Furthermore, it appears that NN, due to established and suspected criminality, has been the subject of such repeated and serious concern on the part of the police that the authority has chosen to include him in a project in which the police will direct special attention to him in order to try to break his negative development.”
Suspect of murder
In connection with a phone drain that is made, the traces also lead to the 19-year-old, who is suspected of aiding and abetting attempted murder.
The 19-year-old is also suspected of involvement in the murder of 19-year-old Giovanni.
That murder occurred the same day as the planned crime against the relative of Rawa Majid’s girlfriend in Uppsala.
In questioning, the 19-year-old told that he would transport narcotics from one address to another and receive a certain amount of money for it. When the interrogator asks who gave the 19-year-old the task, he does not want to comment.
Martin Larsson is the 19-year-old’s lawyer.
– He denies the crime and will give an account of his actions
in more detail in connection with the negotiation. But in short, he hasn’t had
any knowledge that it has been shot, says Martin Larsson.
The indictment that has now been brought is the first related to the crime in the latest wave of violence, which mainly revolved around the internal conflict within the Foxtrot network.
Aftonbladet has searched for the 17-year-old’s lawyer without success. Aftonbladet has also been in contact with the family’s plaintiff’s attorney, who does not want to comment on the incident at this time.
