A meal deliverer went crazy on Friday evening in the Leidsche Rijn district of Utrecht. He was stopped by officers but took off. During the chase, he drove his car along the bike path and refused to stop. When he was discovered a little later, it became clear why. The delivery person did not have a driver’s license.
