In the video, where Combs is wearing only a towel, he is seen kicking, punching and throwing things at Ventura.
The video is consistent with the information Ventura cited in the lawsuit she filed against Combs in November. Allegations that Combs himself denies.
The lawsuit reached a settlement in early 2024, after which Combs’ attorney clarified that “a settlement does not constitute consent.”
According to CNN, the artist should have also paid the Los Angeles hotel, where the incident took place, $50,000 for the video.
