Surprise at part of the Utrecht opposition about letting Broese

GroenLinks does not agree with the VVD. “It is fully in line with the agreement that it would go into the rental business. The municipality must first see whether they have tenants,” says committee member Fred Claasen. He notes that he has not seen what the future tenants are signing for. “As a municipal council, we want to know, if a credit proposal is forthcoming, to whom the municipality intends to rent it out. We would like the council to come to us with very good tenants if they ask to put money into the building.”
