Supporters rioted Stockholms local game continues on Monday

The expected Stockholm Local match between Hammarby and Djurgården in the Swedish Football League was embarrassingly interrupted on Sunday.

Supporters of the Djurgården end threw rockets and other fireworks onto the field, causing the game to be stopped in the second half.

The match was interrupted in the 76th minute after Hammarby led 2–0. After this, the police began to empty the stands of the public.

The match will be played until the end on Monday without spectators. The announcement that the match would resume on Monday came a couple of hours after the suspension.

Hammarby is second in the Swedish league Allsvenskan and Djurgården is third.

On the way to the championship, Malmö, who is at the top with a runaway distance of more than ten points.
