As ANIEF in a note emphasizing that the hiring will be done on support posts, also going to increase the number of teachers enrolled in the TFA support through which specialization is achieved. “Measures to increase the number of tenured support teachers and to increase the number of support specialization teachers must also be strengthened”, Valditara said. “Now let’s wait for the facts”, dice Marcello Pacifico national president of Anief.
With this provision, starting from 2023 and for the three-year period 2023/2025the Minister announces that he intends to provide for a greater number of teachers support in tenure and specialized teachers. Anief has been asking for a long time to adapt at least a part of the posts in derogation in the workforce by right, to therefore hire all the specialized teachers also and above all in the South and in the Islands, but also to significantly increase the number of accesses to a programmed number to the Tfa support (at least 50 thousand units ) after the victories in the Council of State. Marcellus Pacificus, leader of the autonomous trade union, recalls that “since taking office, Anief which together with Eurosofia has promoted several training meetings on the subject, has asked for specific interventions from Minister Valditara on support, including the rewriting of DM 182/2020, to starting from the Palermo seminar last autumn”.
