Superbonus the charges borne by the State reach 1227 billion

(Finance) – The number of certifications relating to the Super bonus 110%for energy efficiency interventions, presented by sending the application to Enea by 31 May 2024 were overall 495,717 (they were 495,469 at the end of April). This is what emerges from the latest bulletin released by Enea on certifications in Italy and for individual regions. The investments eligible for deduction at national level were approximately equal to 117.7 billion (approximately 117.6 billion as of March 30). As regards the deductions relating to work already completed, they amount to just over 112.1 billion (112 billion at the end of last month).

These are slight increases which place the burden on the State for the works completed in 122.731 billion (they were 122.643 billion in April).

Overall, as of May 31, 133,401 sworn statements relating to condominiumsfor an investment of 79 billion, equal to 66.7% of the total value, 244,952 certifications relating to buildings single-family for a total of 28.7 billion of investment, equal to 23.7% of the overall investment, and 117,356 certifications for works in progress independent real estate units (investment of 11.5 billion equal to 9.6% of the total).
