Superbonus from MPS ceiling of 35 million for works in

(Finance) – Amounts to The ceiling is 35 million euros to be allocated to interventions linked to the 110% Superbonus in the areas affected by the earthquake of 6 April 2009 and subsequent calamitous events, made available by the memorandum of understanding between Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the Municipalities of the Seismic Crater.

The agreement, intended for companies that will carry out work on damaged properties from the earthquake and not yet repaired, will remain in force until 30 November 2024. This is a fundamental measure for the regeneration of the urban fabric of the Abruzzo capital and the entire central Apennines.
Like the other Municipalities of Central Italy, L’Aquila and those of the 2009 earthquake crater will also be able to make use of the exemption provided for by the Government and approved by Parliament last April for the reconstruction of private buildings, with the possibility of benefiting, in addition to the earthquake contribution , also of the 110% Superbonus, assisted by both the transfer of the tax credit and the discount on the invoice.
