(Finance) – The number of certifications relating to the Super bonus 110%for energy efficiency interventions, presented by sending the application to Enea by 30 April 2024 were overall 495,469 (they were 494,406 at the end of March). This is what emerges from the latest bulletin released by Enea on certifications in Italy and for individual regions.
The investments eligible for deduction at national level were approximately equal to 117.6 billion (approximately 117.2 billion as of March 30). As for the deductions which concern works already completed amount to just over 112 billion (111.6 billion at the end of last month).
Overall, as of March 31, 133,212 certifications relating to condominiumsfor an investment of 78.9 billion, equal to 66.6% of the total value, 244,924 certifications relating to single-family buildings for a total of 28.7 billion of investment, equal to 23.7% of the total investment, and 117,325 certifications for works in progress independent real estate units (investment of 11.5 billion equal to 9.6% of the total).
