(Finance) – According to what Ansa reports which cites parliamentary sources, in Finance commission of the Senate is considering preparing a amendment to the dl Superbonus to involve, on a voluntary basis, the Municipalities in checks at the Superbonus construction sites. The objective would be to guarantee the Municipalities a return economic equal to 30% (this is the percentage we are aiming for) of the possible recovery.
Some proposals then arrived from the majority which foresee exceptions for areas affected by earthquake And flood and for the third sector on which an evaluation by the Ministry of Economy is underway. The amendment provides, compatibly with available resources, to expand the exemption already included in the decree for properties in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria damaged by the 2009 earthquake and by earthquakes starting from August 2016. Molise would also be included in the list , Emilia Romagna, Catania and Ischia for the interventions of reconstruction of damaged properties.
The deadline for submitting amendments is set at 2pm on April 24th. “It will be decisive – explained the president of the Finance Commission of Palazzo Madama, Maximum Garavaglia – the speech of the Minister of Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti. During the hearing on the Def, scheduled for Monday in the Budget Committees of the House and Senate, the Minister will also address the topic of the Superbonus. That will be the opportunity to clarify the scope of any changes to the rules on building subsidies”.
The Minister for Relations with Parliament, Luca Cirianihas already announced that a government amendment has been presented to the decree which provides for the postponement from 30 April to 30 June 2024 of the deadline for Municipalities to approve financial plans and tariffs relating to the TARI.
