(Finance) – “The bonuses for the redevelopment of buildings, and in particular the Superbonus, have already been significantly reduced with the latest Budget law both in terms of the benefit and in the number of potential beneficiaries, in addition to the cancellation of the credit assignment option. Interventions that have produced a noticeable slowdown in the construction sector which was the protagonist of the acceleration of the economy in the two-year period 2021-2022″. This is what is noted CNA extension commenting on the words of Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti in view of the next manoeuvre.
“The continuous regulatory changes of bonuses – underlines the Confederation – have produced confusion between businesses and citizens, while certainty and stability of the regulatory framework are the main requirement for the effectiveness of the measure. In this regard, CNA has repeatedly proposed the reorganization of the incentive system of the housing sector to make it sustainable for public finances and the market. The continuous changes, in practice, have generated the serious problem of stranded credits in the tax drawers of companies which has not yet found a solution, despite the commitment of the Government which had opened a technical table at the beginning of the year”.
Finally – continues CNA – “I sudden stop at 110% in November last year risks undermining many contracts for which construction sites have not yet started, due to the difficulty of finding materials and the prohibitive weather conditions of recent months. For this – concludes the note – an extension is necessary for condominiums who have presented the Cilas by November 25, 2022 “.
