Superbonus 110%, ENEA: 384,958 sworn translations for 75.3 billion deductions

(Finance) – The number of sworn statements relating to the Super bonus 110%for interventions of efficiency energeticpresented by sending the application to ENEA as of 31 January 2023 were a total of 384,958, 12,655 more than the 372,303 registered overall as of 31 December 2022. This is what emerges from the latest bulletin released by theAeneas on sworn translations in Italy and for individual regions.

The investments admitted to deduction nationally they amounted to approximately 68.5 billion, with an increase of approximately 3.3 billion compared to the same figure recorded as at 31 December.

Out of the total of 75.3 billion in deductions requested, around 58.5 billion relate to work that has already been completed. Overall, as at 31 January, there were 54,860 sworn statements relating to condominiumsfor an investment of 32.8 billion, equal to 47.9% of the total value, 221,138 certifications relating to buildings single family for a total investment of 25.2 billion, equal to 36.8% of the total investment, and 108,954 sworn statements for work in unit real estate independent (investment equal to 10.5 billion, equal to 15.4% of the total).
