In DNA episode 1349 from Thursday, January 26, while searching Novais’s home, the police find a taser matching Adam’s injuries. He is arrested but he says he knows nothing about Alain and Murielle. In addition, he was walking around the ponds at the time of the burglary. Alex confirms this version. Novais is cleared, but the real culprit is still on the run, which worries François. Asking himself lots of questions, the professor is at his wit’s end, especially since his car tire has been punctured. He decides to ask Novais about his father, who was very close to him. François thus learns that his father adored him and was proud of him. He tells himself that he must be dead and that his murderer wants to prevent him from bringing up the past.
