Several hundred people suffered from the disease narcolepsy after taking the vaccine against the swine flu that threatened in 2009.
On Thursday, a claim for damages against the state was submitted from 479 people of those affected. And they demand half a million kroner per person.
One person whose life has changed after the vaccine is Christopher Tyvi, who is now hoping for compensation – and an apology from the state.
– It affects everything, I would say. I work part-time, 50 percent, I really can’t bear to do more than that, says Tyvi to TV4 Nyheterna.
