The office of the United Nations High Commissioner in Chad is once again sounding the alarm about the war in Sudan, a conflict it has described as “major” in Africa. The conflict has already made more than 500,000 refugees, including 124,000 registered in eastern Chad, while the flow of arrivals is now continuous.
