In Sudan, far from Khartoum, in a remote region, in El-Geneina, capital of West Darfur, the violence left 74 civilians dead on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 April, according to the Sudanese doctors’ union. The UN human rights office put the number of people killed at 96. There are also dozens of injuries. This assessment remains provisional in the absence of communication with the city.
