Sudan is stuck in a war between the army and the FSR paramilitaries for almost two years which causes the worst humanitarian crisis in the world. The concerns are still going up on the financing of population aid after the American announcement of the start of the week: 83% of the development programs of the USAID government agency were cut. At the same time, the United Nations once again calls for donor countries to finance humanitarian effort in Sudan.
