The war in Sudan… A charter to lay the foundations of a government parallel to that of Port-Soudan was signed on Sunday, February 23, in Nairobi, Kenya. This initiative by General Hemedti, Commander of the Rapid Support Forces (FSR) at war against the Sudanese army, has won the support of 24 civil society organizations, political parties and armed groups. Kenya is today widely criticized for having allowed the creation of a secessionist government on its soil.
