In Sudan, the troops of General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, commander of the army, face those of General Hemedti, the rapid support forces. This Wednesday morning, 50 humanitarian and human rights organizations published a joint statement to ask the United Nations for more involvement in this crisis which they describe as a humanitarian “disaster”.
