Representatives of the Sudanese army, led by General Abdel Fattah al-Burhane, and the paramilitaries of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), General Mohamed Hamdane Daglo, agreed to a week-long ceasefire, in from Monday, the United States and Saudi Arabia announced in a joint statement on Saturday.
