A student in Skåne was suspended after offending classmates and a teacher.
Then he threatened to rape the headmaster – and wipe out her family.
The young man is now being sentenced for two cases of illegal threats, writes Skånska Dagbladet.
An 18-year-old student has been sentenced to youth care and suspended for three semesters after threatening to kill the principal at a school in Skåne. It all started when he was to receive a written notice of a two-week suspension for inappropriate behavior towards other students and a teacher.
According to Skånska Dagbladet he started shouting straight into the headmaster’s face, at the same time tearing up the decision, the headmaster told during the trial.
The threat: To rape and wipe out the family
Among other things, he allegedly shouted at the principal that he was going to “rape her and wipe out her entire family”. He has also threatened to do other criminal and horrible things to her.
A female school employee who accompanied her to the principal’s office is also said to have been threatened with death – while the student laughed, according to her testimony.
When the police arrived at the school, it must have continued to be riotous, according to the newspaper. The police were forced to handcuff him and put him on the ground – whereupon he shouted “offensive things” at the police as well.
Dreamed of becoming a “multicriminal”
In one of the police reports, the student is described as “extremely unstable and with very destructive behavior”.
“XX described that his big dream was to become a multi-criminal and make lots of money,” the police write.
The student denies that he has been threatening. He believes that the principal is lying because she dislikes him and that she is a ridiculous abuser of power.
According to the Lund district court, the witness statements are credible and the student is convicted of two cases of illegal threats to youth care. He will also need to have eight conversations with social services to “understand the consequences and to take responsibility for his actions”.
