Ski-Norway about Frida
The lightning-quick comeback has also provoked strong reactions from arch-rival Norway.
– It went very quickly from her almost not being able to go to the WC to suddenly now competing in Bruksvallarna, says Therese Johaug sourly to Nettavisen and thinks that Karlsson has exaggerated his situation.

Both Norwegians are convinced that the mental game between Sweden and Norway is now underway ahead of the Ski World Championships. But Frida Karlsson is surprised that the Norwegians react so much.
– I don’t really know what to say about that. I ended up in a situation I really didn’t want. And after that, I have tried to make the best of the situation, she tells Expressen.
Karlsson does not agree that she has exaggerated her injury and worries ahead of the season.
– The truth is that Per (Nilsson, personal trainer) and I thought about whether I should compete at all before Christmas. You could also just train during that time instead.
– But this is what I want to do. Racing is the most fun of all!
