Strömmer (M) on the terrorist threat: “Taken measures”

Yesterday it was announced that Great Britain is changing its travel recommendations and urging travelers to watch out for acts of terrorism in Sweden.

Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer (M) is not surprised by the decision.

– It is in line with the assessments our Swedish authorities have made, he says in SVT’s Morgonstudion.

He emphasizes that it was communicated that Sweden has become an increasingly prioritized target for terrorist attacks than six months ago, and that during the summer “a number of tightening measures” were taken in the work against terrorism.
