Stream for Humanity the charity event on Twitch launched by

The famous streamer Aminematue, supported by three million subscribers on Twitch, announced on X “Stream For Humanity”, a charity event which aims to support populations victims of war.

He is used to offering legendary lives on Twitch. After the Eleven All-Star in November 2022, the streamer Amine announced on social networks the arrival of a brand new event: “Stream For Humanity”, which would be translated as “Streamer Pour l’Humanité”.

Better known by his nickname Aminematue, the French streamer is at the head of a new charity event, which he will lead “all weekend from January 17 to 19, 2025”he specifies on his post help certain countries in crisis such as Palestine, Congo, Sudan and Lebanon.

A charity event in support of war victims

The illustration of “Stream For Humanity” speaks for itself. A curly-haired child stands on a mound of debris and barbed wire, while behind him the flags of Lebanon, Palestine, Congo and Sudan are waved. These four countries in Africa and the Middle East are, at the start of 2025, still plunged into a violent and bloody crisis.

In order to best help these populations victims of war, Aminematue has launched its charity event “Stream For Humanity”, which will bring together around ten currently anonymous streamers. Their names will be revealed on Sunday January 5, in addition to a “surprise” that Amine teased for this weekend.

Critics are already pouring in on the internet

Although the objective of the event is praised by many Internet users, a certain part of the comments under Amine’s publication are significantly less cheerful. X users did not fail to highlight the absence of Mayotte, plunged into a serious crisis after the destructive passage of cyclone Chido, and of Ukraine, mired in a war against Russia for almost four years. “And Ukraine and Mayotte perhaps?”, “and nothing for Mayotte and the Mahorais. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME”we can read under Amine’s post.

Faced with the numerous criticisms which castigated the initiative, Amine wanted to confide througha Twitch live. “Immense strength to the people of Mayotte. […] You can imagine that the event was organized well before what happened.”he specifies, before adding: “An event like this cannot be organized just in two weeks. […] “It shouldn’t become a charity war of who deserves the most. That’s not the goal at all. I can’t do everything in one event”.

Amine also announced that other charitable events to help countries in difficulty cannot be ruled out. Other causes and other victims could be defended in the years to come, if success is achieved for this edition of “Stream For Humanity”.
