Police in Stratford say they’re searching for suspects after a shopping mall Telus store was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday.

Police in Stratford say they’re searching for suspects after a shopping mall Telus store was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday.

According to investigators, the robbery at the store inside Festival Market Place was reported shortly after 6 pm Three men entered the store brandishing a firearm and forced employees into the back before stealing several cellphones, police said.

The men fled from the store in a waiting vehicle described as a dark gray or black Infiniti, police said. After one of the stolen phones was tracked to an intersection in Kitchener, Waterloo Regional Police found the vehicle and the stolen phones abandoned.

The suspects are described as Black men in their late teens. Two were described as approximately 5’10” with slim builds. They third suspect was described as approximately 6’3” with a slim build.

All three men were wearing gray track suits and had black bandanas covering their faces, police said.
