The competition was organized by Strängnäs municipality and the local chef and baker Maria Printz. Eight finalists from bakeries and restaurants in the municipality were judged on Saturday by a jury consisting of pastry chefs known from television.
A square took the win
The win took home the bakery Tynnelsörutan and Oskar Nyström from Hornudden’s garden.
On site during the pastry competition were several Strängnäs residents who both had coffee and sat in the audience.
