Netflix announced the release date of Stranger Things Season 4, which will return after a long hiatus.
One of the most popular series of Netflix, Stranger Things season 4 has finally been given a release date. The production, which had to take a long break due to the problems of the pandemic conditions, will finally appear in front of the audience in the coming months. Contrary to the usual, Netflix also announced that this new season of the series will be broadcast in two parts.
Stranger Things season 4 will be released in two parts
Netflix on the official site and social media accounts, the new season of the series, which bears the signature of the Duffer Brothers, will be divided into two as May and July. The first part of Stranger Things season 4, which is announced to last longer than previous seasons, will be broadcast on May 1, and the second part will be broadcast on July 1.
Apart from the new season date of the series, the 5th season announcement was also made. Duffer Brothers’ statement is as follows; “With nine scripts, over eight hundred pages, almost two years of filming time, thousands of VFX shots, and nearly twice the running time of previous seasons, Stranger Things 4 was the most challenging season yet, but also the most rewarding. Seven years ago, we planned the entire story of Stranger Things. At the time, we estimated that the story would run for four to five seasons. Four was too big to tell, but — as you’ll see for yourself soon — we’re now heading towards our finale. Season 4 is one from the end. It will be the previous season and the story will end with the 5th season.”
