STRANGER THINGS 4. Fans are worried about the upcoming death of a main character of Stranger Things in season 4 part 2. The Duffer brothers have spoken about it.

In the meantime, fans are playing the theory game and worrying that main characters could die in the season finale. And it is not the creators of Stranger Things who will come to reassure them.
Speaking to Variety, the Duffer brothers revealed that “there will be plenty to be concerned about the characters.” Fans are particularly worried about the fate of Steve or Nancy, who are still stuck in the Upside Down. But the creators refuse to say too much. “Everyone is in danger. There’s this ominous atmosphere in the air. Things, this time, might not go well. Now, will there be a death or not? To be continued. ..”
In the trailer for the last two episodes of Stranger Things 4, we discover that Nancy has freed herself from the grip of the big villain of the season but is still in the upside down world, accompanied by Steve and Robin. Hopper, Joyce and Murray seem, for their part, to discover new Russian experiences, while Eleven will most certainly face Vecna in this last game.
What theories are emerging about the end of season 4 of Stranger Things? We can expect Eleven, Mike, Jonathan and Will to finally travel to Hawkins to reunite with the rest of the gang. Steve, Robin and Nancy will probably go to the upside-down Creel mansion to destroy Vecna. Many fans are worried that one of the show’s main characters might die in this fourth finale. The injury of Steve Harrington, bitten by demonic bats from the upside down world, is in this respect not very reassuring. Others believe that Eddie, a new character adored by spectators, could bow out in the last two episodes of the season. We could also see in a trailer that he played guitar in the upside down world, probably to wake up a character from Vecna’s trance, or to destroy the villain of this season.
What is certain is that the protagonists of Stranger Things still seem separated. It’s hard to imagine a reunion between the different groups before the final episode. Among other theories emerging on social networks, some imagine a death of Will Byers. The son of Joyce and brother of Jonathan is indeed very little highlighted this season, and his interpreter, Noah Schnapp, has decided to pursue university studies which may not be compatible with a filming schedule as intense as that of Stranger Things. There is no doubt that the revelation of his drawing, teased from the second episode, will be a strong emotional moment in this case.
If Netflix only releases two episodes of Stranger Things on July 1, these will be longer. Episode 8, entitled “Dad” (probably in reference to the character played by Matthew Modine), lasts 1h25. Chapter 9, which definitively concludes season 4 of the series, will last 2:19, a few minutes less than what was previously announced. Its title is “The Infiltration”. Stranger Things will then have a season 5, which will unfortunately be the last of the series. Its release date on Netflix is not yet known.

Season 1 of Stranger Things was released on Netflix on July 15, 2016. Consisting of eight episodes, it introduced the characters and main plot for the first time. Here is a recap. In Hawkins (Indiana), in 1983, Will Byers, 12, mysteriously disappears. His friends, but also his family and police chief Jim Hopper, are investigating his disappearance. At the same time, a young girl with supernatural powers, Eleven, is found by Lucas, Mike and Dustin, Will’s friends. Subsequently, a teenager, Barbara, is kidnapped by a mysterious creature, the Demogorgon, and finds herself with Will in a parallel world, “the upside down world”. The Hawkins National Laboratory is indeed conducting experiments (the MKULTRA project) to open a portal to this parallel dimension, which is full of evil creatures. At the end of season 1, Will is found alive and brought back to Hawkins, unlike Barbara. Eleven sacrificed herself to save Will and kill the world. She disappears. The plot is still set in Hawkins, in 1984, a year after the events of season 1. Will has returned, but is haunted by visions of the upside down world. Meanwhile, a new student, Max, arrives in Hawkins, while the town’s lab continues to conduct secret experiments in alternate dimensions and bring creatures from the Upside Down into our world. Mike has no news from Eleven. However, the girl is alive and well and has been taken in by Hopper, who hides her from the world to protect her. During Season 2, Nancy breaks up with Steve and begins a relationship with Jonathan. Lucas grows closer to Max. Eleven eventually reunites with her friends after discovering the truth about her past and her powers. The portal is finally closed, as is Hawkins’ lab. Season 3 of Stranger Things is released on Netflix on July 4, 2019. It is composed of 8 episodes, of which here is the recap. The plot takes place in June 1985. Our heroes enjoy the summer carefree. But the rest is short-lived as Soviet scientists seek to open a portal to the Upside Down. The mind flayer and his creatures are back and take possession of Billy, Max’s brother. The latter will end up killed at the end of the season. During one of the battles, Eleven loses her powers, and Hopper sacrifices herself in order to close the portal opened by the Russian base. Once again, our heroes were able to stop the Upside Down creatures from spreading through Hawkins, but the sacrifice was very strong. The Byers family eventually take in Eleven and leave Hawkins to start a new life elsewhere. While everyone is convinced of Hopper’s death, we discover that an American prisoner is being held in a Russian prison, in Kamtchatka, where Demogorgons are kept in captivity. Season 4 of Stranger Things summarized
The first part of season 4 of Stranger Things was released on May 27, 2022 on Netflix. It is made up of seven episodes. The second part is put online on the streaming platform on July 1, 2022. Here is the summary of this burst of episodes. Six months have passed since the Battle of Starcourt Mall which struck terror and desolation in Hawkins. Still staggering, our friends find themselves separated for the first time – and high school life doesn’t help. It is at this moment of vulnerability that a new supernatural threat appears and, with it, a terrible mystery that could be the key to ending the horrors of the Upside Down. The announcement of the release date for season 4 of Stranger Things was accompanied by the formalization of season 5. But, bad news for fans of the SF series, Netflix has confirmed that it will be the last : “As you will soon discover, the grand finale is approaching. Season 4 will be the penultimate and season 5, the last” confirmed the creators, Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer, in a letter shared on social networks from Netflix. The release date for Season 5 has not yet been made official. They also announced that a time jump will be made between seasons 4 and 5, in order to stick more with the age of the actors, who are now over 18 years old. On the other hand, if season 5 of Stranger Things will be the last, creators Matt and Ross Duffer had confirmed to the American media that they had ideas for a possible spin-off. The project must still be submitted for validation to Netflix.
